The NOAA Coral App provides coral-related stories and news, a Corals 101 introduction, the latest coral bleaching updates for the Pacific and Caribbean regions provided by satellite data, and a portal to other NOAA mobile websites (including weather, fisheries, and charting). For Florida, the App provides detailed localized data for many "virtual stations" in the south and south-east areas, including sea current surface temperature, temperature anomaly, and any coral bleaching alerts. App also provides an illustrated guide of the most common fish and coral species found in the state.
