It won't let me log in and keeps telling me my email address isn't registered even though it was, I used to enter second chance drawings all the time. Now it won't let me log in or create a new account. This app is horrible!
i was downloading this app to see if i could scan ticket to see if it was a winner at hpme instead of having to go out (during a pandemic) to check my ticket. I'm not seeing anyway to check my ticket, all i see is a way to enter certain tickets for second chance drawings. i know other states have better lottery apps than this, texas's lottery app lets you check tickets and tells you how much you won. i hope you change this app up cause as of now i'm uninterested.
I like the concept and contests. The app itself needs work. the scanner rarely works on the 1st try. it's frustrating.
Technical error please try again later is all get after scanning! CA scans, checks, and gives results fast! Uninstalling! Try back in a year when NM works out its glitches!
This app is awful! When I scan the ticket it says all of them are winners evem though they are not. Or it jus won't scan period! Some1 needs to fix this app or something"
