Please note - The NHS Booking App is only available to patients registered with the NHS Practitioner Health Programme or NHS GP Health Service. You will have been sent a login and password by the service.
Please speak to your own GP practice or hospital about any arrangements they may have for online booking of appointments.
This app will allow NHS Practitioner Health Programme or NHS GP Health Service registered patients to select clinicians and therapists in a location to suit them and to book appointments. The app will show the profile and skills of the clinicians and therapists, plus the location where they can see patients and their current availability.
The app will indicate to registered patients the potential clinicians and therapists within their locality on an interactive map.
The app also includes a register of booked and previous appointments and provides the ability to change or cancel appointments and to message clinicians and therapist regarding administrative issues related to the appointment.

App stop working, I had hundreds of unimportant applications on my phone, all worked without problems. NHS app says I'm always offline, when I'm clearly connected to the Internet, deleted the app and installed it again, the issue remains. Trying to sort out a issue with NHS, it's like approaching them to get a cure for a flu and instead of helping you, they give you cancer.
App repeatedly says reload with internet access but I have internet access and am able to use all other apps etc. App really needs to be improved for mobile.
i can not get on other nhs app, people tryed to help, change my phone and mobile number, do not know my old mobile number, then i found this,one i tryed log in no, asked id number, have set account with up, then if problems keep ring this number, no, so glad i know will never used other nhs app, if see one again, this needed be give 0 out 5,
It's not working properly. Keeps giving error messages.
So glitchy. Doesn't find your location- resets to London every time you click back after viewing a clinician. No way to search by availability of practitioner. Practitioners listed multiple times depending on each apt type so you have to click each one to find what you want. Fed this back to PH but they just denied all issues"
