Zero stars. Worst service ever. Money hogging app. Property manager never picks your call if we report some issue to them. I faced an issue where I had to live without electricity for 7 days after moving in. because property manager haven't paid the pending bill since last 5 months. And don't trust the images they show you in the app. Take my word don't use this app.
I had a great experience with Nestaway. A great service by the team. We appreciate all the effort of ismail is sorting customer queries. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
I have been with Nestaway from 2013 (earlier Zenify). I am the owner of the apartment that they have been managing. I did not had any issues until the pandemic started. I have following up with them on pending dues and never got a prompt response. Rent is due for the past couple months too. I have been trying to contact them via phone, email and by raising tickets through their site. But there are been no response at all. My tenant also had the same issues and they finally vacated the apartment. I have not been able to contact the tenant too now and do not have access to my apartment at all! At last I sent an email to them and raised request tickets around Aug 29, 2021 to show my displeasure and terminate the contract. But as usual no response again!!! Such pathetic experience and they have put me in limbo now. For anyone from Nestaway watching this space, my request numbers are #CC_08545130 and #CC_08545131.
