About NCB Pay

NCB Pay is a digital wallet, that gives you the power to make secure virtual payments using select Android smartphones. Link your existing NCB credit card or prepaid card to the NCB Pay digital wallet and enjoy easy contactless payments at any Point-of-sale (POS) Terminal worldwide.

To ensure compatibility, make sure your mobile device has Near Field Communication (NFC) capabilities and is activated.

How to get started:

Check to see if your Android device is NFC compatible.

Install and launch the app

Create a four (4) digit PIN and register with your NCB online banking credentials. If you are not yet registered for online banking, you will be sent a one-time password to authenticate your account

Follow the on-screen instructions to add your NCB cards to the wallet

And thats it! You will be able to breeze through check-out lines with a tap of your phone.

How to use NCB Pay:

Shopping with NCB Pay is contactless. Just tap your android smartphone at compatible POS terminals or wave your phone within 4-10 cm of the POS terminal to complete your transaction fast, easy, and safe!
