This App has been awesome for my recovery! I have always struggled with meditation and prayer, just because I never remember. This App helps you track meditation, prayer meetings and much more. That has vastly improved my prayer and meditation life, among others things, because it keeps me in contact with other people in recovery they help hold me accountable. When I dont remember to do it or have not been in the App for a few days I hear from a fellow person in recovery!

My Life Link is a sober community that has become like family to me. With people from all over the country, there are wiling friends to help when someone needs it. Zoom meetings daily at 5pm Pacific/6pm Mountain /7pm Central / 8pm Eastern. Very few ads in this ap, no intrusive ads. A network of friends willing to help save a life.'
