all of you who have a problem with syncing app/watch/phone I find a solution that worked for me. You have to go in another part of your city and then try to sync...and will be succesiful. I was waiting for 24 hours as I was receiving notificiation that childs watch is still syncing data with my phone. In the morning I went to another location and try it...and success in a second. strange but worth trying. good luck! Note 9/Android Pie/Bosnia and Herzegovina
you are immediately greeted with "we may collect sensitive information such as location, password, e-mail etc.". Clicked disagree, the app shut down. 1 star for this garbage. Cannot add another administrator. There is a button which looks like a human with a plus on the side, you press it and it deletes the person (plus-> delete?). The app does not send notifications if you are not inside the app?!? No updates for months so probably the app is no longer supported and updated.
The watch is paired with my Phone but the problem is I can't see the location of watch and I can't add more numbers to the watch. I am always getting the error 'The child's watch is syncing it's location data with your phone, try again shortly.' I sent multiple mails and raised tickets in contact us page but nobody replied. If you are not supporting please don't sell your products. I am frustrated with this product and your service. Buying this product is waste of money also waste of time.
It takes more than one day to update the location. Now it is showing my daughter in the location we were two days ago. Push notifications are delayed and repeated several times. Steps count is not shown on the app. Not useful at all.
I have problem with the ap. It does not show correct location of the phone, and has issues with showing number of steps. The watch measures steps, but the ap erased all previous data and does not count them any more. Any solution soon?'
