-Its support crew is not supportive, they just blame you back, -cant even delete unwanted record, -cant view if the record is in the "personal record" or "event record" -cant open this app with other fitness app or the it will not record your workout -the only thing that is good is it can upload record manually
Completed my run. Had to wait for a month for medal and shirt. I contacted them through email on why i havent received the medal and shirt, they said they didnt have my details so they cannot track the shipment. Which is weird because they have my details on the apps. I give my details, they replied with the tracking number. I TRACKED THE NUMBER, They only posted the shipment yesterday (today 22.8.2019) when they say they already posted it a couple of weeks ago. WORST! Should be no Star given. F
The run tracking is obviously trash.. i usually run 3 round at the park about 1km++ but this apps said that i only run about 0.5 km... Absolutely trash
