It's an inconvenience when the app shuts down after business hours. Unable to make payments, send emails, or put in a maintenance request.
I think it's a good navigation but... the freaking convenice fees are ridiculously! a $27 fees for charging, bank fees, and network fees!? makes no sense! ugh. that's too much on top of a freaking expensive rent. smh.
Very easy to use and accepted my payment without difficulty for someone who is not computer Savvy .
Very good experience BUT I should not have to keep logging in just to sign papers or look at my balance. It's annoying!
The app is really great for accessing account information. The maintainance part is easier to access as well.'
