Display options change almost every day. Today no text mode at all. I reinstalled app and now it's even worse.
Working really well now. The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is that early in the morning the paper does not have the ability to click on headline. Often when you do click headline the app will crash. During this time you have to zoom in to read articles. The app at some point will regain the ability to click on headline from background update but there is no notice when this happens so it becomes trial and error, opening and crashing app many times.
`Problems with this app. I'm asked to initiate or sing in again and does not play online the paper. I'm a paid subscriber on the Gazette an would like to be able to have it at the cottage. It's very frustrating. Worked fine for a day or so, then st This morning refused to work. If this keeps up, I will have to cancel my subscription . It's a piece of junk. Still doesn't work, I will now have to read "La Presse " on the New York times. For your info La Presse has a very good epaper. Very interesting.`,App continually either freezes or completely crashes and restarts. Whatever they did in the latest update has crippled it. The only saving grace is that when you restart the app, you did not lose your place. Paper copies and ink smudges on my fingers are better than using this app.
The epaper is identical to the printed version and has built in tools to make it user friendly. Although I prefer the printed copy for crosswords, recipies the eversion is great when away from home or you want to refer to a back copy when the printed paper has been recycled and it's included in the subscription price."
