Unfortunately, I had really bad experience. We order online and they told us to bring cash payment. After a very long drive and wasting of our time, none of what we ordered online wasn't available in their shop.
so strange there, trying to get more details about the poor technical details there, no response; finally you decide to place order, you receive something completely different than the listed item you bought; you contact them live chat, they say consider it done sir we're going to take action right now then nothing after, and when you finally email them, no response.
Very Bad Experience... Order and Paid for Product and Received something else !! And SERVICE after Sales Under Warranty is ZERO !!... 5 days following on Warranty SERVICE for Machine and Customer Service Team throwing ball on other Departments and NO CALL, NO SERVICE, NO CONFIRMATION FOR WARRANTY REPAIR GETTING FROM ANY DEPARTMENTS... TIRED OF CALL, LIVE CHAT, WHATSAPP CALL, WHATSAPP MSGES, DIRECT CUSTOMER CALL... EVERYTHING NEGATIVE
This is worst services I have ever seen , I was looking the product and I ordered after following with sales team continues 4 days and than come to know that product what is showing available got off out of stock . It should be written beginning of processing the order that is out of stock . I will not suggest any of my friend to use microless any more thanks .
i order everything from microless and i have never had any problems. great customer service. i ordered a Bose sleepbuds that had defected after a short period from using and the seller refused to acknowledge warranty and fix it so microless refunded me back the whole amount good honest peoples. i highly recommend .never had any problems whether with buying, returning, or refunding. and'
