The mHealthINX project will deliver a solution which combines three fundamental steps in mental health support, namely Indication, Intervention and Experience. The combination of these three in one mHealthINX system are intended for use by older employees (55+) who suffer from stress related symptoms. These symptoms may limit them in their work capacity or in the worst case result in sick leave.

The objective is that these solutions will reinforce the elderly people in their daily work by recognizing stress, avoid deterioration and complications and eventualy enable them to work again with pleasure without stress. The solutions are innovative and intended to be applied during daily work and/or at home.
