Exceptional 1st Time Experience. I had been dealing with a UTI using OTC medication & increaded water for several days & wasn't able to get past it on my own. I have no insurance & couldn't afford to go to an urgent care or the ER. I was able to see a Dr within 10 minutes of downloading the app & got an antibiotic called in to my local pharmacy.
Dr. Richard Mohr was very concerned and thoroughly evaluated my daughter's and husband's issue. Transmission was good initially but audio was disrupted near end of appt. Dr. Mohr was able to see us but we were unable to see him. Will use again. Convenient.
Very helpful and polite Dr. Little. Loved the app feature that put me from a line as I was waiting to be #18 to #4 . I thought that was very efficient and definitely recomend this.
