Operations Support System is the main core component of the distribution management system. It handles partner, their request using workflow & process engine and perform the transaction. Web Services are part of this and all 3rd Party/Portal will access the system, database through the web services.

Web Portal & Mobile App:
This web portal is used by partners. Partners can see reports and dashboard. Mobile application is the web view using which users can access the system from anywhere.

API Gateway:
An API gateway is a single interface to the distribution management system. In the backend,
it will connect to SIM Box and other APIs to perform transactions.
