M Health play online

M-Health App is an internet platform that records and provides health data for user to tracker their health condition.
This App consists of two different types of users, which are patient and peer educator. Patient able to view health history, test result, appointment, and prescription that create by medical staffs from another platform. Patient also able to record daily step count, and weekly survey. This able medical staffs understand their lifestyle.
Peer educator is using the App to assist patients under he/her take attention, by recording the changing of patients condition or help patient to record daily step count, and weekly survey from peer educator account.
