Welcome to the LVL Health Tracker app!

This app is only accessible to participants of the LVL study in the UK.

-Securely log in with the username and password assigned to you by your LVL clinician to get started.

-Use the app to provide your results to your clinician.

-Submit baseline, daily, weekly, and quarterly questionnaires so that your clinician can monitor your health and progress, and make adjustments to your treatment regimen if needed.

-All questionnaire data is securely stored in LVL's EHR system and is readily accessible by your clinician during follow up appointments.
