quite often this app will tell me I'm not connected to a network when trying to play offline playlists. other times it opens to a blank screen and a play button that has no effect. say nothing of the numerous shows it's missing in lineup. the audio quality is superb, but I don't believe this is worth $10 a month and won't be renewing next month, back to spotify.
Love the music, tons of content, and sound quality is great. It's just an annoying app to use. It doesn't show up on the lock screen like other music apps so I have to unlock the phone to skip tracks, pause, see song into, etc. If I stop playing for more than a few minutes, I have to force close, restart the app, and browse for the show I was listening to. Same problem if I connect to a Bluetooth device or change devices. LOTS of force closing with this app.
I would have given the app 5 stars but my show got interrupted right in the middle of a tasty jam. I exited out of the app and when I went back in the list of featured shows had been updated. The show I was in the middle of listening to wasn't even available any more! I suggest updating the shows at a time that my be less interruptive. Like 5 AM, instead of 12:00 noon EST.
For the cost of a subscription this app is horrible. The interface is sketchy and every other time it drops your play. And there's no way to send feedback inside the app itself.
This is so awesome. Young people are very lucky in the live music department. The days of trading tapes sucked in comparison and don't get me started on the ability to do a whole tour from one's couch. Thanks guys this app and it's features are a great idea."
