Not helpful at all. Can't use the alarm code feature... keeps saying alarm code does not exist. All other tabs not working properly. Tried reinstalling, no changes, tried restarting my phone, no changes. It used to work before but so much issues now.
Absolutely useless.Lenox claims that they have fixed the bugs but any alarm code you put in comes back as non-existent, The manuals do not exist this thing is a complete waste of your time. You're better off reading what the master controller says than trying to use the app.
Will not operate on my V30. Will not operate at all. It worked for about a day then blank. It is as functional as the units Lennox is producing these days.
I'm using a Samsung S8 and app will not display alarms. If I type in 33 it says this alarm does not exist and it does. Please update app!!
Still can't look up alarms, which is what we would lean on this app most for."
