The app stops working then won't let you sign back in then says wrong email or password tried to Uninstall and reinstall app still nothing even on there website can't log in worked fine for a few days
The only experience I have had with the new Legacy Bushnell app is not being able to login at all!
This app needs a lot of work. It seems like Bushnell gave up on it. A lot of the same issues have been around since 2019 and not been addressed. As of today this app does not allow you to export photos to your gallery. The entire video playback feature is broken. The menu bar shakes a white line down the side of your screen. Geo locations should be updates on e a day, mine shows an entirely different state. Push notifications also don't work at all. I have reached out twice to support, no answer
Worked good for about 10 days. Today when I went to open the app to check an alert it had me logged out. Tried logging in MULTIPLE times to no avail. Tried resetting my password multiple times and never got sent an email to do the reset.... if this issue isn't resolved I will never buy another bushnell product for hunting or golf !!!
The old version was a lot more user-friendly. New photo notification it is terrible on my Android. Also, I can't move pictures to gallery app like I could before. I hope they'll keep working on it. Because I like Bushnell's wireless cameras but this new app is very disappointing! After 2 years they still have the worst system I have ever tried to use with cell cameras."
