When I entered my location and destination the base fare said $9, but when I asked the driver how much was it he told me $12 for a $10 fare at most. I was so disappointed mind and told him I had $11 mind you I wasn't even going far took less than 10 mins to get to my destination. The base fare you see on the app sometimes does not reflect what the driver charges.
Terrible experience. Once I arrived at my destination (late) the driver asked me for cash. I had already submitted my card details and chosen card as a payment option. When I told him I had no cash, and explained it was paid through the card he told me there was no such thing, we called the base and they confirmed there was only cash payments despite the app accepting my card as a payment option, then hung up on me. The driver kicked me out of the car yelling thief in front of my job.
Horrible, they over charge what the app saids the fee is, also I put my debit card as a payment and the man made me pay him cash anyway, so I was charged twice. Now I have to wait to speak to a manager in the morning. Don't use the app, just call in and ask your fee before you go anywhere and pay them in cash, give no card info.
I keep putting in a drop off location and it ignores it, then when I try to order a car, it says I can't bc I don't have a drop off location. WHAT?
It keeps crashing and takes more than 30min to get a cab on the app I would recommend the Prestige app or any other cab service app instead'
