It is extremely useful and helpful, but there are quite a few bugs. The music won't load until you enter the shop area, the navigation buttons for the learning tab are too high, and the music never restarts when it is done. The gameplay is honestly quite tedious, and the game over screen contrasts with the rest of the game.
I love how it teaches you the language. You have different modes, 3 hearts and timer. The 3 hearts is an endless quiz mode but you have three tries to answer the infinite amount of questions. The timer gives you a limited amount of of time to answer the questions. It lets you studie before doing the modes witch really helps. Yet one bad thing is it only teaches the alphabet. Doesn't show you how to use the words but I guess it's ok. And yes, goodgis you did good.
This game is great for learning some Japanese! I particularly enjoyed the user-friendly aspect of the app, and its simple character customization to add a bit of a flare. Both modes are optimized for a fun and challenging way of studying Hiragana and Katakana! The design is very pleasing to the eyes and makes it very authentic! Overall, I had an enjoyable experience and would recommend this app to anybody looking for a viable solution for whether its a fun game to play, or for eductational!
I find it fun and useful but there are some bugs like how no matter what i get it always say 12/20 also some of the buttons appear at the bottom of the screen if tapped they overlap and to get out of it you need to quit the game.I think it would also be good if there were personal bests and you can see when you beat it.
Personally I think that it's a pretty decent game, though my only beef with it is that it doesn't teach you the Japanese alphabet in bite sized pieces. I think that what would make it better and easier to learn, would be making it so that you start with the first few letters and slowly learn more and more as you progress. Maybe you could select which lesson you would like to do and unlock more lessons as you progress."
