Our application aims to study and analyze the Judgments and Resolutions issued by the Plurinational Constitutional Court of Bolivia, in order to extract and systematize the constitutional precedents developed and grant individuals, law students and other areas, lawyers, servers public, judicial and administrative authorities, and the entire population in general, a useful and easy-to-use tool, which helps them in the study and knowledge of the constitutional reasoning issued by the Maximum Guardian of the Constitution, regarding different problems that were put to their knowledge for their resolution, also obtain knowledge of the values, principles, guarantees and rights that the Plurinational State of Bolivia grants to each of the citizens so that they can defend them and claim them before the pertinent administrative or judicial instances.
