This app looks good, but the functionality is abysmal. It seems to have been written by those who have never done any of this work and have had the 'requirements' described to them over the phone by others who have never done this work. It is inflexible and not at all intuitive, it makes one go through redundantly redundant actions. It's like being trapped in quicksand and mauled by a bear simultaneously. Seriously though, it is infuriating to use. EDIT: I wish I could reclaim the wasted hours
Never works. Always shows that you lost internet connection. Always logs you off. Switching to another screen automatically logs you off. Assuming this app will never be fixed. Update: 11/9/2021 congratulations your app officially doesn't open on my phone and constantly crashes.
Work for a hotel my company changed to this application. Struggles to open and log in. There is times when I think there's no new request. Won't refresh promptly have to close the app wait, try to login at least 10 minutes wifi I have to connect, disconnect, connect until I get lucky. By then I have 3 to 5 requests fron 30 mins ago. Requests are on an estimated time to complete every one. Well I always complete them late. Thank you.
Didn't work if I didn't give them access to make phone calls. I don't get why it would need access to 99% of my phone when all I'm doing is looking at work request.
This app is riddled with issues. Forcing closed and giving me error issues all the time! With the latest update, I have to log in every time I exit the screen. I've noticed that things have been changed around on the market so that all of the negative reviews are no longer posted. I wish my company would use a different service."
