Happiness at Work play online

Happiness at work is a scientific research project investigating what affects your happiness at work, how it fluctuates over time, and how it relates to how you work and how you feel, in and out of work.

You'll see graphs showing how your happiness fluctuates over time, and what makes you the most and the least happy - based on your individual answers.

You'll be prompted with notifications over time to collect a few responses. Each time taking around 2minutes, at random moments during your day.

This project is conducted by researchers at University College London (UCL).
