After the update a lot of stuff was out of place, but by force closing Handcent (just restart your phone if you don't know how to do that) and opening it again, everything should go back to normal
`Handcent's new "fixed design interface" now overrides many of the themes customization options. Pop-up windows like "send confirmation" no longer take a theme appearance but instead use the new bland white box that is handcent's default.
