I had difficultly at first because I had my phone connected to the 5g wifi on my router instead of the 2.4g, once I switched I was able to get it connected right away, the vacuum works way better after the firmware update, it tells you when to replace brushes, and the schedule tool is really easy to use. When I use remote features the vacuum responds immediately, and I love the find me feature.
As others have said the app is not in English, making it difficult to navigate, but the fatal flaw is that the App won't run without multimedia permissions. I gave it location permissions as this is something most smart devices can and do use, but access to my photos and mic are not things my vacuum needs.
Installed easily and works great! My only wish is that the background for the app could be changed from the light blue. Hard to see white lettering.
App is useless. It refuses to connect to the vacuum. Always runs out of time.
Won't connected to device! Tried several times and it just times out."
