It's better to place the order on call. You place order on the app and they call back after 15 minutes saying that order has just been received. So basically convenience of app wastes precious 15 minutes.
very bad experience. i recently register ,made an account with ginsoy app. please rate their criminal minds and un professional attitude ,in 48 hours some one tries to hack into my email add which i gave them at the time of registration with a password i made for the account. So, sad to learn that such reputable big bussiness can hire such low life illiterate people who donot understand the concept of IT security and tracking technologies. Needless to say , app has nothing to do with the ginsoy.
Useless app. Order placed receive message that someone will call shortly to confirm our order but really disappointed that nobody turned up after an hour. This is worst customer service ever.
Very good experience. Took me a few minutes to register but after that it was straight forward. As soon as I checked out, I got a call from ginsoy and my order was confirmed.
No Order tracking and not picking call at the shop for order tracking. At time of order confirmation time provide was 90 mintz but order not delivered till 120 mintz. Poor service...rating zero'
