Welcome to the Food Codes App! The team from Greater Goods decided it was time to refresh the app formerly known as Perfect Portions. That means a ground up rebuild, a few improvements, and updated branding with a new name and icon. We even added support for dark mode to make it easier to portion those late night snacks. Enjoy the newer and faster Food Codes 2.0.
Comments:
Useless! Installed App on my Tablet and it worked fine for a few weeks. Then when I would open it, I couldn't access my Favorites. Then it signed me out for some reason. I tried to sign back in, it wouldn't let me. I tried to reset my password and it just sat there doing nothing. I uninstalled/re-installed the App and attempted to sign up all over again and it wouldn't let me do that either. So now I have this scale, specifically designed to be used w/ this App and can't use it. Beyond pissed.
Does not work. This app is trash, I hit the "sign-up" button after filling out the information, and it does nothing. Made several attempts with different passwords etc... Absolutely frustrating.
I just wish we could add custom items or something to the app itself so we could at least track how many calories per gram of something they don't have or if they paired up with a company like MyFitnessPal that already has a million food items in catalog. But it will do for now.
Works as intended. I downloaded this app because I accidentally threw away the hardcopy with codes for each food. While I would prefer to have a PDF file of the codes, this will suffice.
Like others here, who have complained of not being able to sign up, I tried it on both my phone a Samsung S7 and Tab S6. If the app won't let you sign up, it is worth 0 stars."
