Oil, Chili, Boiled potatoes, coriander powder, coriander leaves, all-purpose powder, cumin seeds, peas, salt and pepper, fruits and vegetables.

HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS SAMOSA RECIPE:

Boil potatoes just until done without making mushy, after boiled it crumble them , do not mash them up set aside ,
Add all-purpose powder, salt and pepper, cumin seeds and ghee in the bowl and mix it well
With your fingertips rub the ghee in the flour to get a breadcrumb like consistency the whole mixture should lump together when gathered add some water,

MAKE POTATO FILLING FOR SAMOSA:

Heat a pan with oil when it sizzle add green chilli, coriander powder, potatoes, peas, salt and pepper mix it well leave it 3 to 5 minutes add some coriander leaves and set aside to cool .

HOW TO MAKE SAMOSA:

\tDivide the dough into some equal portions
\tRoll in each round into chapatti
\tCut the chapattis into two halves use knife to slice each one half

STUFF AND FOLD THE SAMOSA:

Add two teaspoons of samosa filling into the centre of piece of dough then bring all edges together to form a cone shape,
For a nice edges you can use fork to press the edges together as you finish filling each one set it aside on a baking sheet.

FRYING SAMOSAS:
Heat the oil into a high sided frying pan place a dough in the oil to see if it sizzles,
Deep fry them about 10 minutes until both sides are golden brown use slotted spoon to move the finished samosas to plate lined with towels to drain extra oil,
