Expert Global has developed this application for effective grievance handling which will help employees across the organization to efficiently log their grievances related to HR, Accounts and IT department. This application helps employee to raise concerns, inform about any incident that needs to be solved and track the status with real-time updates. By use of this application our onsite employees will feel connected and close to the organization if their complaints or requests are being properly handled and resolved.

The user will be able to register his complaint or request in the system using Employee ID. After registration, a unique complaint ID will be allotted to the user, using this ID the user can track status of his/her complaint online. Complainant will receive an acknowledgement of the receipt of complaint or request. System will allocate received complaint or request to the respective department and responsible person.
Directors and Department Head will be able to closely monitor live dashboard with number of grievances Opened, Resolved, Closed during the reporting period.
