Use UptoPlay to play online the game EVM Assessor.
This app enables Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) assessors to conduct health facility assessments as part of a national EVM assessment or standalone facility assessment.
Assessors can use the app to:
- play online questionnaires they have been assigned
- upload completed questionnaires
- create standalone EVM questionnaires for self-assessment or training purposes
- conduct health facility assessments
The EVM initiative, established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF, provides national immunization programmes with tools to assess, monitor, and improve their vaccine supply chain performance.
