Evafit is a free app envisioned by women for women to help adopt a healthier lifestyle & embrace self care. We wish to build a strong community to collectively help each other lead happier life with family & perform better at work.
Our co-founder suffered from PCOD, hormonal imbalance and after multiple failed treatments and crash diets, the only thing that slowly but definitely helped improve the condition was changes to diet, NOT by eating less but by eating healthier. We've worked with young dieticians to formulate similar diets for you. The app starts with subtle changes to your diet, includes all the calculated macro nutrients your body needs on daily basis. We don't want you to starve, there's a better way. This app helps you take baby steps towards turning your lifestyle around for good.
