You have to survive in this labyrinth/dungeon mystery starship and find out what happened to the space team, how this infection spread around the Endurance starship, and rescue your crew members. Youll be fighting with your former colleagues, and youll be trying to survive this bullet rush nightmare with tons of guns.

Very clean and smooth. Solid gameplay. The weapon system leaves a little to be desired, they kind of all feel the same, and other than explosive vs non-explosive, they dont really have individual utility. But for being made by one guy, quite a fun little game, totally worth the "premium" price
Entertaining for short bursts of gameplay! Levels are placed nicely enough to play one level in a short burst, remain fully engaged in the haunting atmosphere, and take a break afterwards. Good soundtrack choices and jump scares to keep you on the edge of your seat! I will definitely be playing through Ailment after this, and looking forward to whatever else comes next!
SciFi-Horror + pixel art? Well, this was a no-brainer - Saw the pictures, bought it right away and breezed through it in a few hrs. So it's not a long game but a fun one, I liked it a lot. Controls are simple but accurate and there's a decent # of weapons. Since the shooting's good, a MP mode would be nice and give the game some replay value. Only thing I didn't like - Levels where you just run from/to s.th. First one's ok but since there's never any real threat, it's not that exciting
Underrated game! story is admirable, controls are easy, difficulty set to hardcore makes the game even more fun. My slight concerns lie with the stat allocations since i almost maxed out all stats, it would've better to just be able to allocate until 100 and yet still gain from those you find in lockers. A.I needs more improvement since they often get in the way during battles and overall exploration, guns are fun to use but gets boring in latter stages since most guns have low dmg/fire rate.
A hidden gem, highly engaging with controller. I recommend the developer turning off virtual keys when gamepad is plugged in and adding alternate gamepad tutorial. There's a strange choppy feeling sometimes, do not know why."
