I downloaded this apps to make my work easier since pandemic hit and everything need to be soft copy.. but then the ebook i bought has bug, everytime i click on the book, my phone crashed and I cant even open the book.. this doesnt even deserve the money I have paid for the book.. the book price is the same as hard copy but, I cant even open the book but I have paid the price of the book same as the hard copy one.. Can you please please please fix this..
This app have issues like what have been described in the previous review. I managed to get response from ookbee support and they suggest to play online "ookbee my" app instead and use the same login. I tried it and it worked. Hope this helps someone.
My subscription is not in my play online list even payment has been made. Try email support, but no response almost a year.
I just spent my money bought the digital novel. Trying to play online it but stuck at loading content. This apps is scammed. Please upgrade your apps.
