Man I love this brand but this app is so clunky and slow. Makes it really difficult to shop
Very slow & glitchy app (good products and deals though!)
I'm only keeping this app because I have hopes that it will be improved. e.l.f. is a great product, but the app is pretty much useless at the moment. It changes screens without warning, getting stuck on the perpetually spinning circle, and you can't even properly browse. I hope that one day, I'll be able to change this review and give this app a higher rating. e.l.f. is doing itself dirty with this app.
Slow, laggy, unusable, it constantly freezes. I can barely view any items, let alone come close to checking out & paying. A real shame as ELF is a great brand. As the average review on this app is 2-ish stars...it needs a remake. It's obvious that it doesn't work for many users. Asking people to re-report the issues via email & vaguely promise a fix doesn't inspire much confidence. But if it's any help - my phone is a Samsung S8 plus and operating system Android 9.
I love ELF but this app is abysmal. It doesn't keep you signed in and when you sign in each time, the circle just keeps on spinning. It asks if you want to use fingerprint sign in, but on clicking no, the message just keeps coming back and the circle just keeps spinning. If you ever do get in, every time you click on something, it just crashes back to the home page. The website is fine but this app...? No. I've uninstalled and would say don't waste your time."
