Use UptoPlay to play online the game easyDOAC.
easyDOAC provides information on all approved direct oral anticoagulants (DOAC), their approved indications in adults and dosages, taking into account age, weight, kidney function, indication and concomitant medication, based on the officially approved current instructions for use for healthcare professionals (information for professionals) and selected peer-reviewed sources. In addition, the app enables an assessment of stroke risks (CHA2DS2-VASc score) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AFli), bleeding risks under oral anticoagulation (HAS-BLED score) and the estimation of individual kidney function with the formula recommended for this (Cockcroft-Gault Formula).
The easyDOAC is a CE-marked class I medical device (MDD) and serves as a digital support for doctors and pharmacists.
