App didn't work - told me there were no results when I entered bus stop number, route number, etc
Route map did not account for temporary rerouting, just showed the original route.
It's a great app few minor problems that should be fixed in the next update is show on map button it always crashes after tapping it
The app doesn't have all of the bus routes available. On top of that, the times for bus arrival are rarely accurate. It was good before but in recent months it's been completely unreliable.
Ok app to use. Often wrong information available such as bus actually never appears after being tracked and marked as due, some buses are often timetabled and rtpi is never shown. Service often goes down and is very unhelpful. Handy app but never ever near 100% reliable. Should also have a function whereby waiting customers can be notified that an approaching bus is full (especially with limited capacity during the pandemic) so that they can make informed decisions about their transport.'
