Camera resets to default settings every time it boots up, including the camera sounds, which are the most irritating thing ever. The app itself is outdated and frustrating to use. But, credit is due where credit is due- it does actually do what is says on the box. Just don't expect it to be anything remotely smooth.
After install I could log in and check the view etc. It was fine. Then a week later I try to check how it's going and I can't log in because the dash cam doesn't give off a wifi signal anymore!! So light a are flashing indicating it s recording and working but no WiFi so don't know what it's recording. I've tried with my Android phone and a iPhone to pod in. Does not work because no WiFi signal frm it at all. So basically it sits there and flashes a blue light and that's it!
`It's most disappointing that I can't give this app zero stars. I'd prefer to give it a three digit number of negative stars which would bring the average to a deserved zero instead of the outrageously generous 2.1 it currently has. Like most others, it's connection issues. Can't connect AT ALL on Android 8.1 nor IOS 12.1.2. I flew John Edward to my hometown to see if he could "connect" with it. Even the master of making up generic stories to make people feel better had nothing. Absolute POS.`,Never works. Video never load. Always beeps while I'm driving. Useless cam and app. Removing from the car and uninstalling the app. Going to Uniden now... goodbye!!
What's the point of the app if you can't even access the cam on your car ? Please fix this app. It isn't compatible with the new Pixel 3 XL as I can't even access settings."
