Step 3: Pay via CC/DC/Net Banking

That's it !! Just click on the "Join Consult" icon at the time of the appointment to start video chat with your selected specialist.

If you have already paid for your appointment via our website (http://doctrs.in), just click on the "Join Consult" icon at the time of the appointment to video chat with your selected specialist.

FAQs:
1. What happens if I get disconnected during a video consult?
-> Don't worry. Simply click on the 'Join' button to resume your video consult once you are connected again. The specialist will be available till the end of your scheduled appointment time.

2. What happens if the specialist doesn't join the video consult?
-> If the specialist doesn't join the video consult within 10 minutes after the appointment start time, we auto-cancel the appointment & refund the entire money to you immediately. This will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.

3. Can I contact the specialist offline?
-> Yes. But it is upto the specialist's discretion. Doctrs.In does not interfere with the care process.
