good app, needs few corrections. include hand mobility (40%) no provision to add some of extra points try to include kyphosis and scoliosis In hand mobility component, please provide provision to add decimal ( to add4.5)
To access record phone no of patient is compulsory .... so it is very difficult to write phone of every patient on record ....so plz remove phone no option to access previous record
in new guidelines, hand mobility is also included, 40%, kindly add provision for this amputation not able to select extra points not able to select
smooth, easy to use and doesn't crash.
