Avoid this app. The service is very poor. Book a delivery, no rider showed up, no message to know the status of my request. I called the customer service only for them to say their app is not working. Since three days ago no refund, not even a message or email to show that they are working to refund my money. I think they are scammers.
Very nice app, the pickup was very fast and the delivery was also very fast I was able to track the rider from the app .Top-notch service.
My experience was bad...I booked a delivery and another logistics company already picked before your rider got there,your rider said he mistakenly clicked on picked where as he didn't..customer care is not responding ..my money wasn't refunded
