The Complete FIT Training App provides you with access to exercises tailored to your fitness goals (or if you would like a specific routine for example only HIIT workouts, let us know and we will be more than happy to provide that for you), this is a subscription service which can be cancelled at any time.

These exercises are updated on a monthly basis (or as often as you would like) and will be available to you through our free mobile training app, where you get in depth descriptions and video demonstrations for all exercises.

Whether you are looking to achieve fat loss or muscle gain, this app will help you achieve that FIT and defined body.

Upon payment, please email [email protected] with your:

Desired fitness goal
Any particular structure you would like to your program, for example different workouts every week/or month etc
Number of days you want to train.
So that you will receive the appropriate exercises.
