Unable to add device neither locally (wifi), nor via network. Password changed, but the message says error when logging in. App is useless now. Big downgrade
I can't get past the signing say timeout or error I'm trying to find a cocoon app that will let me use all the concoo cam as the outside cam run on different to the in door cam so I was just trying to put all the concoo app to see if there was a way to murder all devices on to just one app unable to open
I was very surprised by the quality of the cocoon security system, and this app is the perfect companion. Overall, it's fast, the picture quality is good, and it works as expected. Also the setup is very fast and easy. Only one problem I've found is that when replaying saved footage it seems to miss frames and skip forward when motion is detected, this could be a problem with the app or the system, either way it's a big problem and should be fixed.
if there is a power outage where the DVR is you can't reconnect to live footage on the app. Suggestion = add access to Main menu on the DVR via the app particularly on the Settings Network & 'Test' function where the internet connection part is able2be tested for connection, i know the internet is connected but if a power outage occurs the DVR doesnt automatically reconnect which defeats the purpose of having remote access via the app also playback is not working on the app 4me 2 review footage.
Please go back to the previous version. In playback mode I could dial up a date and time.. I can't do that now. I render it useless.. If it's not broke don't fix.. The app was fine before the update.."
