Mostly I love it, but the movie lists make no sense. Now Playing will show movies that were out months ago but not some that are out then. Top Box Office is not accurate at all and also shows old movies. This isn't super important, but it's nice to be able to see accurate and current lists so I can quickly find something I've just seen to leave a review. Searching is easy enough, but still...
Please bring back the Rotten Tomatoes critic's consensus. It was added to the app after I requested it 4 years ago, but it has since been removed for no reason. The lack of this feature is the only thing stopping me from uninstalling the Flixster app and using this one instead. Also quite often the ratings for a film simply never load, so please fix that as well. Thanks!
This app is so good. Search a movie, and immediate access to the rotten tomatoes, wiki pages, trailers, everything. Shows similar movies and movie recommendations, basically just a one stop for everything movies, or actors. Works so well EDIT, PLEASE FIT THE LINK BETWEEN THE APP AND ROTTEN TOMATOES. IT DOESNT EVEN SHOW THE PERCENTAGE ANYMORE
Could be better. I'm looking for a movie app where I could filter and sort by rating, year and categories AT THE SAME TIME. Then, if I could mark the ones I've seen, it would be the perfect one. Amazingly, no apps have combined these options.
One small request... But first, this is hands down the best movie/TV app for screen junkies. For paid users: I think it would be really sweet if the dev could create a CheckBoxPreference for choosing which of the critic ratings/scores will show in the browsing screen. As of now, TMDB is the only one that shows on that screen. It would be really nice if users could change that to whatever their favorite movie rating provider is. But I also think that should be a premium feature, so the dev can charge for the extra efforts :D Thanks for this kick ass app!!!'
