We aim to integrate every single woman, who takes that first step through the door, into a fitness family like no other, full of support, kindness, friendships, and community.Our main product is our most popular, "Lift" sessions. These are group training sessions with up to 8 per coach. During these sessions, clients are coached through the fundamentals of exercises before being brought through their personal fitness journey.Other classes on the timetable are a mix of what we feel our clients enjoy as more of a fun, cardio-basedactivity and work as a great complement to our main "Lift" product.
