Can't get this app to work. It asks for a phone number to text a verification code to and you never receive the text. You should be able to view route information without an account and only need an account if you want to buy tickets. You'll never increase the number of people using the buses if you can't create an easy to use app.
Not very useful for a casual rider or out of town visitor. I can't access any functions without giving my credit card info. So I'm standing at the bus stop wondering where my bus is, and can't use the live tracker.
I want see the routes without buying tickets first. I have to see what routes are available first THAN see what tickets I need to buy. I downloaded the app to see if i can understand the routes better. I can't do that. Make the routes available. I'm a new rider and the comet did not help me.
Recently, I have commented how a modern very expensive bus system like the Comet did not have a cashless ticket purchasing option, and how disappointing that was, but today I see this app changes all that.
Only because zero isn't an option. They claim you can track the buses, but all it lets you do is purchase tickets, which is dumb because the bus if free right now."
