Caavo allows senior living residents to connect with loved ones and community staff right from their TV. For seniors, video calling is as simple as pushing a button on their TV remote, creating independence and giving them an effortless way to stay connected.

After accepting your loved ones invitation from the service, you can use this Caavo Connect for Families app to stay connected. Use the app for video calls, photos and chat messages directly to your loved ones TV.

Caavo Connect for Families app provides Remote TV Control, allowing you to assist your loved one in finding programming or troubleshooting TV issues. Use the virtual remote control to turn the TV on/off, switch sources, change channels, launch apps like Netflix, and more.

Caavo Connect for Families is for approved family members of seniors using this service in their senior living community. To play online you must have both:
A loved one using this service in their senior living community, and
An invitation from your loved one to use Caavo Connect for Families
