This app is always down, or is painfully slow. Mostly shows product not in stock when same is available on their website. Also, the delivery system for this online supermarket is very poor. They claim to deliver in 3hrs of placing order, but it is not so. If you order at morning it will be delivered late evening, and evening placed orders are delivered next day afternoon. Plus the shipping cost is extremely high as well. Overall did not like the experience and I have stopped purchasing.
Very bad experience. Items ordered were not delivered. But found in bill. Wrong items delivered. Finally they are asking to pay balance amounts for items I didn't receive or were delivered but not ordered by me. Total cheating. Please never buy from biggro.
Worst app. .I booked for 1320 rs.. No idea of delivery slot ..they may deliver any time on their convenience..No customer care..only a WhatsApp no ..even in that no response for delivery ..no option for cancellations..please don't go for it ..do only cash on delivery..not trust worthy
This App is useless. It doesn't work when ever you want. Even when it starts working, it will go upto check out point, and not further.
This app is useless. It shows 'The number of distinct items allowed in cart is 0'. I will never recommend anyone to try this app. If I could give it zero stars I would have."
