This application is developed under the aegis of Foundation for Obesity Research and Metabolic Surgery (FORMS). The aim is to generate awareness on Obesity and it's associated diseases and the role of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery in its treatment. This app will help patients who underwent Bariatric Surgery in getting consultation with the experts, keep track of their weight, diet, calorie intake and investigations in the long-term.
