In theory this app is pretty good; when our boiler installer demonstrated it I was quite impressed & thought it would make my life easier. Initially the app seemed to work OK but here we are, 3 years later and it never ever works properly first time. I've tried disconnecting from the wi-fi network & use mobile data instead - even then any changes rarely take effect. In its current state, the thermostat & app are not fit for purpose - vexing considering the cost of the boiler. Fix this!
Awful app, awful thermostat with a mind of its own. Dont buy an atag thermostat.... just dont do it! The quality of them is horrendous, it will randomly turn the heating up to 28 degress all by itself, up and down all day. Will cost you a fortune in gas. Have never had any issues with thermostats in my entire adult life, but these are AWFUL!
